Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AIdeaPulse at aideapulse.com. AIdeaPulse is a private, allowlisted operations dashboard and idea archive operated by AIdeaPulse ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the protected areas of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
AIdeaPulse provides a public home page, a Cloudflare Access-protected dashboard, a read-only KITT health board, and an existing archive of AI-generated idea briefs built from public demand signals. The Service is private and does not provide public registration.
2. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 16 years old and have an approved email address on the allowlist to access protected areas. Cloudflare Access signs approved users in with a one-time email code. You are responsible for the security of the email account used for access.
3. Private Use Only
We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time. If your email address is not allowlisted, you are not authorized to access protected pages or APIs.
4. No Payments
AIdeaPulse has no checkout, billing portal, or recurring charges. All approved users see the same protected idea archive and operational dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service unlawfully
- •Attempt unauthorized access
- •Use bots, scrapers, or automated abuse against the protected app
- •Circumvent Cloudflare Access, rate limits, bearer-token checks, or other security controls
- •Reverse engineer the Service
- •Systematically reproduce, resell, or redistribute the idea archive in bulk
- •Misrepresent your identity
- •Interfere with service performance or reliability
6. Read-Only KITT Health Board
KITT publishes health snapshots to AIdeaPulse on an outbound schedule. The website displays those snapshots for operational visibility. AIdeaPulse does not provide SSH, restart buttons, shell commands, agent actions, or any other browser-triggered control path back into KITT.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service design, code, features, branding, and structured presentation are owned by AIdeaPulse.
Idea Briefs: We do not claim exclusive ownership over underlying business concepts. The specific analysis, scoring, formatting, and archive presentation are proprietary content. Approved users may use idea briefs for personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or redistribute the archive in bulk.
Your Content: Content or preferences you choose to save remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use that data to operate and improve the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Idea briefs, scores, and analyses are generated from public demand signals and are provided for informational and exploratory purposes only. They may be incomplete or incorrect and do not constitute business, financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
9. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The Service uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, authentication, Workers, and database services, and may use Brevo for optional email digests. The idea archive is built from public sources such as Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub, Dev.to, Lobsters, NewsAPI, Stack Exchange, Discourse forums, package registries, and RSS feeds. AIdeaPulse is not affiliated with those source platforms.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIdeaPulse and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIdeaPulse and its owner from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your access to protected areas ceases. Sections 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised "Last updated" date.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement for use of AIdeaPulse.
