AIdeaPulse is a private, allowlisted operations dashboard at aideapulse.com. The public home page is visible without signing in. The dashboard, idea archive, browse, trends, and API routes are protected by Cloudflare Access email one-time codes for approved email addresses.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- • Allowlisted email address: Cloudflare Access uses your email address to send a one-time sign-in code and maintain an authenticated session. AIdeaPulse does not collect or store passwords.
- • Optional profile and saved-item data: Skill preferences, niche interests, saved ideas, and email digest preferences you choose to save inside the app.
Information Collected Automatically
- • Usage data: Pages visited, ideas viewed, saved items, and feature events used to operate and improve the private app.
- • Device and request metadata: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and request metadata processed by Cloudflare for hosting, security, and logging.
- • Cookies: Cloudflare Access sets an authentication cookie, including
CF_Authorization, to keep approved users signed in. AIdeaPulse does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. - • KITT health snapshots: KITT publishes read-only operational snapshots such as hostname, uptime, load, memory and disk summaries, crawlee export metadata, scheduler status, and API probe timing. The website displays this data only; it cannot run commands on KITT.
How We Use Information
- •Provide and maintain the private AIdeaPulse dashboard
- •Verify allowlisted access through Cloudflare Access
- •Display the read-only KITT health board and existing idea archive
- •Deliver email digest notifications when enabled
- •Protect against unauthorized access, abuse, and operational failures
- •Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the private app
AIdeaPulse has no checkout or billing flow.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run AIdeaPulse:
- • Cloudflare Access: allowlisted authentication with one-time email codes
- • Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, DNS, Workers, D1 database, R2 storage, security, and request logs
- • Brevo: optional email digest delivery
We may also disclose information if required by law or if disclosure is necessary to protect the Service, its owner, approved users, or others.
Idea Sources and AI-Generated Content
AIdeaPulse contains an existing archive of idea briefs generated from public demand signals collected from sources such as Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub, Dev.to, Lobsters, NewsAPI, Stack Exchange, Discourse forums, package registries, and RSS feeds. Idea briefs, scores, and analyses are informational only and are not business, financial, investment, or legal advice.
Data Retention
- •Allowlisted email and app preference data are kept while access remains enabled or while needed to operate the private app.
- •Saved ideas and profile preferences can be deleted on request.
- •KITT health snapshots are retained for operational history and troubleshooting.
- •Aggregated idea data is retained as part of the private archive.
Data Security
- •TLS encryption for data in transit
- •Cloudflare Access authentication before protected pages and API routes
- •Worker-side verification of Cloudflare Access JWTs and the approved email allowlist
- •Bearer-token protection for KITT snapshot ingestion
- •Rate limiting and restricted database access
No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your allowlisted email address. You may also ask to disable optional email digests. Contact support@aideapulse.com for requests.

We do not sell personal information.
European Economic Area Residents
If you are located in the EEA, our legal bases for processing include consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the private app, and performance of requested services.
Children's Privacy
AIdeaPulse is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised "Last updated" date.
